🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Major manufacturing defect

  • Missing item in parcel

Exchange Request Time:
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unstitched (if applicable), and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be intact

  • Parcel opening video is mandatory for claim approval

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the exchange procedure.

❌ Return Policy

We do not offer returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Liking/disliking the design or fabric

  • Minor color differences (due to lighting or screen resolution)

  • Incorrect size selection

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Exchange shipping cost will be covered by the customer.

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the exchange delivery charges.
